ARI - APPLIED RESEARCH INSTITUTE
The Applied Research Institute of the California Credit Union League initiates high quality research on topics that can help credit unions and credit union service organizations improve their operational and/or financial performance, better serve their membership, as well as tap new members.
Ever wondered how to improve your credit union's collections practices without losing the credit union "uniqueness" factor? Or what kind of opportunities does the small business sector offer your organization and how should you target this market? The ARI has pooled financial and intellectual capital from member credit unions and contracted project consultants to answer these and other questions in its research projects.

About ARI
The Applied Research Institute (ARI) of the California & Nevada Credit Union Leagues
initiates high quality research to help credit unions and credit union service organizations
improve their operational and financial performance, better serve their membership, and
tap new members. The objective of every ARI study is to provide credit unions with selfassessment
tools and strategies for positively changing how credit unions do business.
ARI pools financial and intellectual capital from member credit unions to contract project
consultants to carry out research projects that enable credit unions to monitor best
business practices and to benchmark their own performance against their peers in the
financial marketplace.
Benefits of Membership
ARI members receive complimentary copies of the general industry reports that are
generated from all ARI projects. New members receive back-copies of available previous
reports and are entitled to all future reports, if membership is sustained annually. |
