To secure a room reservation, please call the hotel of your choice directly. For your convenience, we have reserved rooms for conference participants at special rates until February 22, 2008. After February 22, rooms will be confirmed on a space- and rate-available basis. We encourage you to book your room now.

Cancellations: Inquire about the hotel cancellation policy and early checkout fees when you make your reservation. Notifying the League of your attendance cancellation will not result in cancellation of hotel reservations or refund of hotel deposits.
