Completing the Form
Credit union members from all states are welcome with concurrence of their state leagues and should register under “League Member Credit Union.”

Print your name and title as you want them to appear on your name badge.

Check the appropriate boxes indicating your registration category and optional events. For all categories, optional events must be purchased separately.

Total all charges and select the method of payment. Registrations will not be processed without payment. Make a copy of your registration form as your record. A confirmation letter will be mailed to you within ten business days of receipt of your registration and payment. Please check your confirmation letter for accuracy of spelling and events selected. Confirmations will be mailed to those registered through February 15.

• Exhibit Hall (lunch on Monday)
• Continental Breakfast on Monday and Tuesday

GUEST REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
• Welcome Reception on Sunday
• Lunch in the Exhibit Hall on Monday
• General Session on Tuesday morning

The category of guest is designed for spouses/companions. Credit union employees, elected officials/volunteers, and suppliers are not eligible to register under this category.

Anyone needing financial assistance in order to participate is encouraged to apply for funding through the RMJ Foundation. Applications are available at www.rmjfoundation.org

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than February 29 and can be faxed to the attention of Conferences at 909.476.5957. Refunds will be processed, less a $75 processing fee ($25 for guests). Registration fees and ticketed event fees are non-refundable after February 29; substitutions will be accepted at any time. To cancel a hotel reservation you must contact the hotel directly.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The conference will be held at the Portola Plaza Hotel, Marriott Hotel, and the Monterey Conference Center. Rooms are being held for conference participants until February 22 at the three hotels noted below. After February 22, rooms may be reserved on a rate and space available basis. It is possible that rooms will be sold out prior to February 22, so early reservations are recommended. Please call the hotel of your choice at the telephone number listed below and mention the Big Valley Conference to receive our group rate.

To cancel a hotel reservation and request a refund of deposit, you must contact your hotel directly. Notification to CCUL of cancelling plans to attend the conference will not result in cancellation of hotel reservations or refund of hotel deposit.

SUITES: Requests for suites are to be made, in writing, to Diane Spiegel at the California Credit Union League (dspiegel@ccul.org). Please include space requirements. If you are requesting a suite, do not call the hotel until you have been contacted by CCUL.
