| Job Description | Altura Credit Union, headquartered in Riverside, CA is seeking a FT Card Services Manager reporting to the COO.
This position oversees all card services activities, prepares a variety of reports and analysis regarding VISA operations as well as proposing program changes/enhancements. The successful candidate will have: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience, is required; Minimum 5 years experience in a financial institution in a related position; Minimum 3 years supervisory or managerial experience; and comprehensive knowledge of the VISA regulations/processes, Regulations E and Z.
