|Job Description||The Information Technology Support Technician will provide first level contact support to all credit union users, including simple hardware and software diagnostics and maintenance. This candidate will also evaluate and route user requests to appropriate resources within the department. In addition the Information Technology Support Technician will perform network administrative duties and assist with other department functions as needed.
Our successful candidate will have experience with IBM/RS/6000, personal computers, Cisco, ShoreTel, TCP/IP and Ethernet protocols. Software knowledge including: Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Applications. Experience with Cisco routers and switches, and credit union member database such as Symitar is highly desirable as well as professional written and verbal communication skills in English, accompanied with the ability to communicate with members and credit union staff using non-technical terms.
