Job Description  We are looking for an Information Technology Analyst II – This Microsoft certified professional will perform the role of an IT Analyst II who will maintain and advance the software applications and interfaces that support the business of the credit union. This position ensures a stable computing environment by resolving problems and applying application upgrades, fixes, and service packs to network based multi-tiered applications. Other duties include maintaining knowledge of core business principles, regulatory requirements and standards of the division whose applications they are assigned to support.
The Information Technology Analyst II will be responsible for:

•Providing business system analysis on process and system improvements for assigned applications and business units.
•Managing projects to implement and integrate core server based and hosted applications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•Advanced knowledge of computer systems and network based applications.
•Ability to manage, develop, and implement technology related projects.
•Basic knowledge of the Episys platform and/or host systems and ancillary devices structure.
Education/Experience
Requires a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor degree in computer science or closely related field with 3 years of progressive responsibilities.
