|Job Description||Southern California Postal Credit Union is a full service $72M credit union serving postal employees and their families since 1933.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Manage and direct all activities in a Full Service Branch office operation. Provide optimum service and effective leadership in support of credit union products, services, goals and objectives. Solve problems within established policies and guidelines. Lead staff by exemplifying the credit unions Core Values.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITES:
Demonstrated leadership and management ability in diverse and complex operational environments.
Demonstrated experience in training and developing staff.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
Effective planning, organizational, and problem solving skills.
Ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically with staff, members and management.
Ability to implement programs and guide/lead others toward work goals.
Demonstrated skills in managing multiple priorities independently and in a team environment.
Skill in solving member problems and developing/maintaining community and command relations
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-5 years supervisory/management experience
Strong sales background
