Job Description  The Manager of Risk Analytics should possess experience in the following:
Interest Rate Risk Management:
•Strong working knowledge of Asset/Liability management and Credit Risk management functions.
•Calibration of ALM models on a periodic basis, and providing recommendations for adjustments to the model inputs, assumptions and formulas.
•Ensuring ALM model inputs, assumptions, formulas, and risk quantification outputs are reasonable.
•Providing interest rate risk data to support ALCOs understanding and decision-making related to balance sheet management and product pricing.
•Creating reports on interest rate risk for consideration by the Board of Directors and Regulators.
•Supporting management decisions on other financial issues through analysis and creation of models showing possible financial impact in related scenarios.

Credit Risk Management:
•Ensures the accuracy and reasonableness of Credit Risk Quantification Model inputs, assumptions, formulas, and outputs.
•Develop relevant reporting formats based on direction from Executive and Senior Management.
•Calibrate credit risk quantification model on a periodic basis, and provide recommendations for adjustments to the model inputs, assumptions and formulas.
•Provide credit risk data and analysis to support Credit Risk Management Committee understanding and decision-making related to credit risk management.
•Interact with credit risk analytics system vendor, credit bureaus and AVM providers
•Provide inputs used for risk-based pricing (credit quality) tiers.
