This position will use communication skills to determine our member needs, educate, troubleshoot, and cross-sell Credit Union products and services to meet our members’ needs. This position will be responsible for obtaining information and perform transactions, including but not limited to, non-cash financial transactions, establishing/updating accounts, loan applications, ordering products, perform sales and member follow up calls on outstanding applications and/or opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year call center experience working in a financial industry. Previous Credit Union or banking experience is preferred. Interested in this position!
