LBS Financial Credit Union has an immediate opening for a VP/Branch Manager at our Newport Beach office. Prior financial services industry experience preferred at the Branch Manager/Supervisor level with three to five years of experience; a college degree; and a thorough understanding of consumer loan and deposit operations with an emphasis on deepening Member relationships and creating an environment of superior service that enriches the Member’s experience.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership skills with extensive experience supervising, coaching and motivating others to succeed.
•College degree or commensurate experience.
•Minimum three to five years’ experience in a managerial capacity or commensurate experience.
•Strong ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal.
•Strong motivation and a drive to succeed
•PC and MS software proficiency.
