|Job Description||Founded in 1966, Bourns Employees FCU has more than $35 million in assets, is a Fannie Mae seller/servicer, has US SBA lending authorities and serves a niche of high net worth individuals and organizations.
Position is responsible for managing all aspects of the Credit Union. Oversees administrative and operational functions including accounting, management, investment of excess funds, consumer & real estate lending, member services and facilities management.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, you ensure achievement of the Credit Union’s goals and objectives established by the Board of Directors. The position is responsible for communicating with and recommending to the Board of Directors any developmental changes that may materially affect the overall success of this Credit Union, and acts as primary liaison between the Credit Union and governmental regulatory agencies concerning compliance and the overall performance of the Credit Union.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, with a relevant graduate degree preferred. Must have 10+ years Credit Union or Bank operations experience with several years at the senior management level, WCMS graduate preferred. Position requires knowledge of GAAP, general ledger, and office procedures, as well as an understanding of ALM theory and methods, broad knowledge of NCUA rules and regulations and expertise with technology-driven channels.
