Member Service ( Call Center) Representative
Requires flexible availability.
Part-Time: Position averages 30 hours per week.
Shift: Mon-Fri 7:50 am-1:50 pm
Full-Time: 7:50 am - 4:35 pm
Position reports to our corporate office in La Habra, CA.
Position is responsible for providing credit union products and services to new and existing Members in a needs-based sales environment from within a call center environment. Individuals must provide exceptional Member service while performing transactions associated with Member requests such as receiving and disbursing funds, posting deposits, loan payments and withdrawals as well as producing a qualified volume of referrals in a sales environment.
Our perfect candidate must have the following qualifications:
•You have recent customer service/sales experience within a call center A+.
•You have recent credit union or banking experience.
