|Job Description||Rogue Credit Union is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee Asset/Liability Management (ALM), financial reporting, accounting operations and credit union investments. As part of the senior management team, this individual will be involved in the creation and pursuit of organizational strategic objectives and initiatives. This individual will also have an important responsibility in supporting the credit union’s relentless pursuit of member loyalty.
Rogue is located in beautiful Southern Oregon with its headquarters in Medford. With an emphasis on personal service Rogue serves members through a network of 19 branches, including 5 high school student branches, and an emerging electronic delivery channels strategy. With over $850 million in assets, Rogue is one of the largest, most respected and fastest growing financial institutions in Southern Oregon. Successful applicants will have strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to cultivate an environment that will inspire loyalty from staff and members. An ability to create powerful alliances within the credit union movement and key community stakeholders is important. 5 to 10 years of related experience within the financial institution industry is essential. Merger/Acquisition experience is a plus. A bachelor’s degree is required. A CPA certification and/or advanced degree preferred.
