A progressive northwest New Mexico credit union with assets of $120 million is seeking an accomplished lending executive to lead our new accounts, consumer, credit card, real estate, indirect and collection activities in a sales/service environment. You will be expected to manage the daily operations, manage team members, reduce losses, analyze portfolios and policies, implement new technologies, develop new products, improve sales/service and productivity while exceeding our member’s service expectations and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations. You will need excellent understanding of all government regulations as they apply to new accounts (savings, CD’s, checking, IRA), lending, collections and labor management. Experience with risk based lending and pricing is important. You must have had prior successful indirect, real estate and consumer lending management experience. As a member of the senior executive team, you will need excellent interpersonal (listening, speaking, writing, analytical) and collaboration skills. A Bachelor’s degree and five years of lending management experience is required.
