Job Description  Altura Credit Union, headquartered in Riverside CA, is seeking a full time AVP of Branch Operations reporting to the COO. This position provides leadership to the branch network and implements the strategic plan, develops goals, manages results, works with business development to increase market share, deposits, loans and non-interest income while meeting the requirements of state and federal laws, regulations, compliance and audit.

The successful candidate will have a four year degree in Business Administration or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Seven or more years in the financial services industry with a strong background in sales and business development preferred. Full knowledge and understanding of federal and state regulations which govern the financial services industry. Minimum of three years managerial or supervisory experience is required, along with the demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, counsel, train subordinates.
