Duties of a Member Service Representative include but are not limited to:
smiling and providing a friendly member service experience while performing basic banking transactions for our members,
identifying member needs, and suggesting products and services that would benefit them,
addressing member questions/concerns and referring them to the appropriate person for resolution.
staying updated on new products and services,
identifying fraudulent activity to prevent potential losses to the credit union,
This is a part-time position, M-F, 12 P.M. – 5 P.M. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience. Qualifications: ability to communicate professionally, effectively and courteously (in person and in writing), ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail, ability to use a computer and user-friendly software, excellent sales ability and cash handling experience is a must. Knowledge of teller operations and credit union/financial institution work experience is a plus!
