|Job Description||LA Financial Credit Union in Pasadena is seeking a Network Administrator I/Help Desk candidate for our IT Department. The Network Administrator will help manage the network and support the staff through the help desk. The ideal candidate must be customer service oriented, and have excellent communication and documentation skills.
•Information Technology or Business degree and one plus years of IT experience preferred. A+ Certifications are helpful.
•Minimum six months in an on-line environment. Familiar with Credit Union or financial institution concepts and applications preferred.
•Symitar experience a plus.
•Basic understanding of Active Directory 2003 User Environment.
•Basic understanding of Citrix farm environment.
•Basic understanding of VMware environment.
•Basic understanding of credit union computer operations and or data center operations.
•Help with configuring, hardware, software, network and printer issues.
•Help with configuring, and supporting Windows XP Pro, Windows 7, MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other client server applications.
•Experience and understanding of helpdesk ticketing software.
Required Non-Technical Skills:
•Must be able to lift 30 – 50 lbs.
•Positive attitude and work ethic.
•Highly motivated team player.
•This position will be required to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
