|Job Description||Is member service your passion? Do you have two years’ experience providing exceptional service to members? If so, then we invite you to apply for our Call Center (Communication Center) Rep 2 – E-commerce Support position. The person selected will answer member calls related to internet-based services as well as handle general calls from the membership. Identifying opportunities and referring appropriate products/services to members is an essential part of the job. Working knowledge of Symitar, DLC, Vision, online banking, Hostlink, E-funds and STAR is a plus.
