Job Description  Arrowhead Credit Union is looking for an experienced Collections Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Collections Department. This person will monitor staff to assure that losses are minimized while at the same time favorable member relations are maintained. Position will review/approve solutions to resolve delinquent/negative accounts, will recommend/coordinate foreclosures/short sales and will report on collateral liquidation progress.
