OE Federal Credit Union is seeking a lending executive professional to lead the organization’s overall loan operations. The Vice President of Lending will be responsible for serving as a strategic leader overseeing the planning and direction of the Credit Union’s lending operations related to mortgage and real estate loans, consumer loans, credit cards, business loans, and auxiliary loan products, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and exceeding internal and external service expectations. The incumbent will effectively supervise personnel, ensuring optimal performance providing leadership through effective goal setting, delegation and communication.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and/or 5-10 years of progressive lending experience in an executive leadership role within a credit union or financial services organization and a proven history in growing a sound loan portfolio.
