MORTGAGE LENDING COMPLIANCE 101
updated 08/12/13 12:25 PM
Get Ready for 2014
Get the information you need to successfully navigate mortgage lending regulatory requirements and future changes during the 2013 Basic Mortgage Lending Compliance seminar, including first and subordinate liens, Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs), and higher-priced mortgages.

This session is designed to provide mortgage loan officers, processors, and compliance and audit professionals with an up-close view of the regulations that affect every step of the mortgage process. The entire process is changing in January of 2014, and compliance expert Mary-Lou Heighes will provide you with an overview of what the changes are, and how to implement necessary changes into your own programs.

Additionally, Heighes will review loan limits, flood insurance, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act coverage and reporting requirements, valuation and appraisal requirements and guidance, and much more.

Dates and locations for this seminar:

  • October 8—LBS Financial CU, Westminster, CA
  • October 9—California Credit Union Center, Ontario, CA
  • October 10—California CU, Glendale, CA
  • October 15—So-Val Tel Federal CU, Fresno, CA
  • October 16—SAFE Credit Union, North Highlands, CA
