Consumer Advocacy

In politics, wins build bigger wins. Because of a strong commitment to advocacy and years of hard work by the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) and the Leagues, along with years of grassroots outreach by our members, we achieved a BIG WIN with S.2155 – The Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act.

What You Need to Know About This Huge Win

S.2155 (Public Law 115-174) is a massive regulatory relief package that is focused on easing the burdens for community based financial institutions, including credit unions. With S. 2155 we achieved major victories that benefit your credit union.
