Western CUNA Management School (WCMS) celebrated the graduation of nearly 90 students on July 25 at Pomona College in Claremont, CA, of which seven students graduated with high honors and four with honors. The graduates raised $13,000 during an auction event by the three classes, and the 2013 graduating class raised $79,000 over the past three years—the largest class gift in WCMS history. The graduation was preceded the week before by the annual Richard Myles Johnson Colloquium in Credit Union Philosophy night, featuring keynote speaker John Tippets, former CEO of North Island CU in San Diego and American Airlines FCU in Texas.
