CO-OP FINANCIAL SERVICES

CO-OP Financial Services recorded rapid growth for CO-OP Shared Branching during the first six months of 2012, following the merger of CO-OP and FSCC, Inc. effective at the first of the year. Also, Caroline Willard has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Markets and Strategy, at CO-OP Financial Services, reporting to president and CEO Stan Hollen. Additionally, CO-OP is introducing CO-OP Network PIN POS service powered by First Data, enabling debit cardholders of participating credit unions access to nearly two million STAR Network point-of-sale locations around the country.
