Altura CUemployees, friends, and family recently climbed Mt. Rubidoux in Riverside, CA as part of a national event, "Climb to Cure Duchenne," where 48 participants raised more than $3,000 to fight a rare and lethal form of Muscular Dystrophy. Altura CU also awarded member Carrie Winge $500 for using her Altura Visa Debit Card to make a purchase—part of a monthly promotion. Additionally, Altura CU is rolling out a new fleet of state-of-the-art ATMs throughout Riverside County—new envelope-free teller machines. The credit union also announced that its scholarship foundation is awarding a combined $38,000 to several local graduating high school seniors.
