CFPB PUBLISHES NEW COMPLIANCE GUIDES

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) has published Small Entity Compliance Guides for the Loan Originator Rule and the Mortgage Servicing Rules.

With these postings, compliance guides are now available for all of the new mortgage rules originally issued by the CFPB in January. The bureau plans to update these guides periodically as rule clarifications are finalized.

NEW TIPs BULLETIN
A new TIPs Bulletin published by the California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues have been posted on the Leagues' website regarding Nevada Senate Bill 310 (SB 310)—otherwise known as the Nevada ATM Disclosure Federal Conformity Bill.
