NCUA Agenda Meeting: Rule on ‘Financial Innovation’; SIF Update

During the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) Board’s upcoming monthly meeting next week (Thursday September 21), agenda items include:

• Board Briefing: Share Insurance Fund Quarterly Report.
• Final Rule on Parts 701 and 714: Financial Innovation — Loan Participation, Eligible Obligations, and Notes of Liquidating Credit Unions.

The California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues will monitor the NCUA Board meeting and provide an update soon after.
