Access Local League-Hosted CU Grassroots Discussions

The California Credit Union League wrapped up its five virtual/online Regional Advocacy Meetings this past week, with 127 credit union professionals and leaders attending in total! These meetings continued building upon the industry’s grassroots strength and advocacy efforts across the state as 2023 kicks off.

You can view the archived recordings and slide presentations/resources for all five meetings (click “log-in here” if directed). If you don’t know your log-in credentials for the League’s website, click the “forgot password” option and proceed to reset your password. If you don’t have an ID — which is your email address on file with the League — please email Rick Stanton and Quinn Keller to be added.

All five Regional Advocacy Meetings for League members (on Zoom) included briefings from the League’s advocacy team on the region’s legislative slate, upcoming event opportunities, the importance of our political action committee (PAC), and legislative priorities. They were held for the following local regions from late January into early February: Sacramento/Northern California, Central Valley, Los Angeles/Inland Empire, Bay Area/North Coast/Central Coast, and Orange County/San Diego.

The League would like to thank all participants for being involved in these crucial online gatherings to help continue grow and support the credit union movement! We know attendees found the information valuable and the presentations enjoyable, and we look forward to engaging you throughout 2023. THANK YOU — and we hope to see you soon at one of our upcoming advocacy events!
