
Voting ends soon for the “Credit Union Hero of the Year” — so cast your vote by March 18! This year, SAFE CU Community Impact Manager Amanda Merz is taking the spotlight with three other credit union “hero” nominees from across the nation.
Credit Union Magazine has selected these industry leaders as its 2023 finalists, and YOUR VOTE can help determine the “Credit Union Hero of the Year.” You can read why the nominees were selected (scroll down) and make your choice on the “hero” voting/information site here (open through March 18).

While their stories are unique, each of Credit Union Magazine’s 2023 Credit Union Heroes are making a difference in their community, promoting the credit union philosophy, and improving their members’ lives. They have demonstrated leadership through community initiatives, movement advocacy, and exceptional member service.
In addition, heroes were profiled this year for creating cultures of caring, prioritizing member needs, promoting financial wellness, and uniting credit union voices together.
