Matters and topics being discussed include:

• A board briefing on the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF) Quarterly Report.
• Chartering and field of membership (Proposed Rule, Part 701, Appendix B).
• Cyber incident notification requirements for federally insured credit unions (Final Rule, Part 748).

The California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues will provide a brief synopsis thereafter.
