1st United CU is serving as the Alameda County Community Food Bank’s (ACCFB) Food Drive host for a second year. 1st United CU’s partnership with ACCFB spans decades and includes monetary donations and countless volunteer hours at the Food Bank’s warehouse. Plus, they have sponsored the Oakland A’s Home Runs for Hunger program for 11 years. Through Home Runs for Hunger, 1st United CU commits to donate $50 to ACCFB for every home run the Oakland A’s hit during the regular season.
