Annual business meetings for the California Credit Union League and the Nevada Credit Union League will be held online/virtually through Zoom at 2 p.m. (Pacific) on Tuesday, October 31 (California League) and at 1 p.m. (Pacific) on Tuesday, October 31 (Nevada League).
Please note: These virtual annual business meetings are separate from the in-person REACH Conference taking place October 23-26 in Las Vegas, NV.
All California League (88th annual meeting) and Nevada League (54th annual meeting) member-credit union individuals who vote in these meetings already received their log-in Zoom link this past Sunday, October 1, via email — including the meeting ID and passcode.
Also included in each state’s October 1 email is a document web-link to materials/resources related to the virtual meetings, which are also posted on the secure League Governance page of the California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues’ website. These documents include annual business meeting agendas, as well as minutes of the 2022 annual meetings for approval (for your respective state/league) and other relevant materials.
In lieu of an in-person credentials desk, we are once again utilizing an online voting platform to check-in Voting Delegates for each business meeting to ensure there is a quorum and allow for the possibility of an official vote on any approved Item of Business that may be presented from the floor. On Monday, October 30, Primary Voting Delegates (also known as CEOs) for each Regular-Member credit union will receive a separate email with their credit union’s individual Credentials Desk log-in instructions. If you will not be able to attend the virtual annual business meeting, please forward the instructions email to the alternate voting representative who will be representing your credit union during the meeting.
For both California and Nevada, there are no items of New Business on the agenda.
Voting on the election of the 2023-24 California Credit Union League Board of Directors and Audit Committee was completed on August 31, 2023. Results were announced on September 8, 2023.
Results on the election of 2023-24 Nevada Credit Union League Board of Directors were announced on August 10, 2023.
