As the California and Nevada Credit Union Leagues continue to gain information from credit unions to understand potential impacts of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s (CFPB) proposed overdraft and non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee rules, the Leagues are also preparing its comment letter to send to the bureau.
The Leagues are asking credit unions to take advantage of a new members-only executive summary and toolkit as they draft their own comment letters to the CFPB on the proposed overdraft fee rule.
The Leagues would like to thank credit unions for utilizing these important resources as they make their voices heard to the CFPB on its proposed overdraft rule!
