Fee Methodology, Charter Modernization, & MID Program

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) board will hold its June meeting next week on Thursday (June 22) and consider the following topics:

• Request for comment on the agency’s operating fee schedule methodology.
• Board briefing from staff on new charter modernization.
• Proposed interpretative ruling and policy statement on the Minority Depository Institution (MID) Preservation Program.
