FFIEC Publishes Yearly Localized Median Family Income Report

As credit unions across California and Nevada strategically plan for 2024, the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC) has released its Median Family Income (MFI) Report with updated numbers for 2023 regarding local metropolitan statistical areas/regions across both states.

The report shows estimated median family income that corresponds to the year when loan application data was collected. For 2012 – 2023, this data has been calculated by the FFIEC (and by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development from 1998 – 2011).
